Fletcher, with mechanical engineering professional background has over 3 decades’ practical career work experience in the field of planned/preventive maintenance work processes and management, and computerized systems management. His professional career stint had been with the aluminum, vehicle assembly, airline and the mining industries respectively.

He has held senior and management positons as senior maintenance planner, administrative officer, chief maintenance planner, systems administrator, plant maintenance foreman, fleet management system engineer, senior planned maintenance coordinator, SAP super user, senior planner, unit manager (planned maintenance), acting engineering manager respectively.
Albert is proven, competent and effective in fixed plant and earth moving fleet maintenance management; talent in designing models for equipment performance measurement processes; tracking and documenting equipment performance management (KPI) for operational costs control; equipment condition monitoring processes and management; strong initiator and strategist in situations that call for development of systems, gaining advantage for industries and organizations; skills in identifying causes industrial bearings’ failures and recommending interchangeability for uptime operational purposes.
He has a goal-oriented mentality with extensive training and organizational skills that optimize operations through effective management and cost-savings. He has extensive hands-on experience with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) (e.g. modular production dispatch & maintenance minecare; prefix; MP2; mainpac; sabre32; AMT; Delta ERP; SAP) just to name a few.
