This course will compel attendees to understand that an effective and efficient maintenance and reliability effort requires both exceptional managerial skills and key leadership traits. Unfortunately, we tend to develop the ‘management side’ with little attention given to growing leaders. We manage schedules, budgets, projects, and people. Our people are hungry for leadership. This course is highly interactive and attendees will gain a great sense of the need for leadership, but more importantly, skills and capabilities to go forward as effective leaders in their organizations.
